How to book and appointment with NQ X-ray Services
For all of our procedures, you will need a referral from your General Practitioner, Medical Specialist, or Allied Health provider (this may include your Dentist, Chiropractor, Podiatrist, Osteopath or Physiotherapist).
From this referral, we can identify the examination you require.

When attending for your appointment, you will need to bring the following items with you:
- your Medicare Card
- your doctor’s referral form
- any previous films that are relevant to the procedure (for example, please bring your chest x-ray films if presenting for a CT chest examination)
